It was my 18th birthday yesterday and i’m happy to announce ive been able to maintain my goal weight! I’m still on my journey of body recomp but i’m definitely slowly getting their, building muscle is hard for sure.

49 kg Perso fino ad ora: 2 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
