phew! tough day long shift from work. broadcasted live from 10am-7:30pm on the Northern Arena show.
Was way too exhausted to begin / go out for my first workout today… so it was discouraging to not have energy nor time.
It wasn’t exactly ideal to have supper at 9pm either! But I had no choice in hard crunch work days like this…
But I’m optimistic, tomorrow is a new day! And I still ate well and took care of my healthy eating habits!
