I have been incredibly slack since Christmas...I haven't been doing my food diary which I fairly diligent with before Christmas...I have been busy doing b'day cakes (5 in 1 for the January girls)which was celebrated at our local foreshore...another outing this week then hopefully motivation will have kicked in after my next weigh in on Fri...I feel this really works for me so I would be mad not to get back into it.
