I have a bad habit of munching on snacks every night but last night tried to have a bit of self control and instead of snacks had more left overs from dinner which was a stir fry with mince and noodles was so yum had heaps of vegetables in it. Not surprised I lost a bit of weight just need to keep it up having self control with my cravings.
