Put on a kilo when I checked yesterday morning I think because I ate so much dinner and ate so much in general but yesterday I had a smoothie for breakfast, salmon and 4 egg whites for lunch and didn't snack at all throughout the day then had a small dinner, a chicken drumstick and sweet potato and potato chips, I did also have 3 Easter eggs because I wanted to curb my junk food cravings and am happy with the results this morning. Thinking weighing myself every day isn't very accurate for seeing progress so I might start weighing myself once a week idk.. hoping to lose some more weight soon! Upping my protein and fat interested in the keto diet ATM.
