Haven't posted in a few days! It's been incredibly busy at work over 12 hour shifts that leave me depleted, and exhausted! So I've just been headed straight to bed as soon as I clocked out! BUT!

I have been staying on my regular diet. It's frustrating to see that I've been at the EXACT same weight for 1 week now. I've weighed myself daily, and I haven't gone up, or down.

Though, I lost 6LB in 2 weeks. So this could be normal?
Advice?

Totally normal. Think of weight loss progress kind of like how a child grows. They stay the same height for a while, then grow in spurts. Then stay the same for a bit, then another growth spurt. Weight loss is quite similar to that for most people. Keeping consistent in the stagnant parts will ensure progress in the “spurts” 😎

thanks a lot for the advice and reassurance :) i ended up finallyyyyy cracking the number today. but man its so weird how the body works sometimes!
