Diario di Shanankskii, 16 apr 23

Glad to see I'm losing more weight, it's been so long! Trying to walk twice a day every day, smoothie for breakfast packed with fruit, yoghurt, coconut water, protein powder, chia seeds, meusli, trying to experiment with different ingredients :) Yesterday for lunch I had a tuna melt wrap was so good going to have another for lunch today, and a typical dinner with meat and a healthyish side or sides.. Cutting down heaps on treats and snacks also, having small snacks to curb the cravings haven't cut them out competely. Proud of myself :)
96,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 28,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 1,8 kg a Settimana

That smoothie sounds really good, but did you know that if you chew something rather than drink, your body registers it as more food and you feel fuller? Walking is amazing! Really just cardio all around.😻

Tbh I kinda had a feeling chewing things was a better idea haha thanks for that will keep that in mind :) and thanks!
