Today I am 30 pounds lower than when I began using FS on 01/28/23. Fifty more pounds to my goal, which does not seem improbable at all. Of course, the bigger accomplishment should come with a blood test first week of May to show recused cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as blood sugar. Looking forward to making my doctor happy.

That is amazing!!! Please know that as you lose weight, your relaxed calorie burn is also reduced. So, it should not be unexpected for your progress to slow down as you get closer to your goal. Stick with it you will get there.

Well done! FYI Triglycerides drop well with increased activity! Anything you can do safely to increase HR for 20 min or so daily will help!
