Today I am 30 pounds lower than when I began using FS on 01/28/23. Fifty more pounds to my goal, which does not seem improbable at all. Of course, the bigger accomplishment should come with a blood test first week of May to show recused cholesterol and triglycerides, as well as blood sugar. Looking forward to making my doctor happy.
