Hit the gym yesterday for a KB workout. My mom had PT and then a Dr Appt in the same building so after my workout I logged my workout in the car while I waited. By the time we got home I was STARVING and I inhaled my McD's. Managed to stay in my cal range but under in protein so Ill try to make adjustments today.

Feeling pretty positive though!
