not too sure what to attribute this gain to as I have not been especially bad, but I didn't do any exercise yesterday. That won't have helped.

Some days it's just a mystery 😂 I have noticed that a few extra soups this week has increased my sodium intake substantially (a great retainer of fluid), so that is something that might give you an answer (or not)... I am still searching for patterns in all the info we can input and monitor on this app, it's such a great tool...
