I did something for myself today. I began a journey of constancy. I logged back into 75hard (it isn’t that hard any more💪🏻), I joined a gym to add to the personal training I am getting, I am logging in my diary every meal, I also downloaded a route planning app that helps me push my goals! Now to get my Apple Watch and get the real readings I need to close my rings daily! Tomorrow morning a new journey into yoga 🧘♀️
