I normally weigh in on Monday, but since today is my birthday, it seemed a good thing to record. My wife is making biscuits and gravy for my birthday breakfast treat. I’m trying to stay ahead of the game, and started the day off with a 1 hour rucksack hike with 50 pounds. No cake is planned, which I’m okay with.
