I'm doing IF 19:5... not hard and feels good! Good luck with the OMAD, might try that soon.

Thanks. I am close to my goal weight but still have some more to lose, so I will probably adjust it down another 5 or 10kg.
Spoke to a nutritionist yesterday and he suggested OMAD as a way to accelerate my weight loss.

I've been on OMAD since August (in combo with calorie counting) and have now lost over 40kg. If you REALLY want to speed things up, try a combo of OMAD and Keto for a week or two - they call it "Speed Keto". I do it to shake things up when the scales refuse to budge.

Thanks @TDX00. I have been doing Keto/Carnivore for about 5 months and have made good progress, but am currently trying to address another issue as well (high BP) and the process involved in OMAD (Autophagy) will hopefully help with that.

Ah yep, after 40kg, I have my fingers and toes crossed that autophagy helps out with excess skin - I've read it does. For what it's worth to you, my key to OMAD success was a 46oz YETI canteen that I filled with iced black coffee every morning.
