Gosh for a little over a week, I hit a plateau, and it was hard getting past it. Although what I learned is, has with being consistently in a caloric deficit, and my body having adjusted to that; meant I needed to increase my workout time a bit and walk some more. If only I discovered it sooner. Oh well, better later than not at all. Feeling empowered and hoping to lose another pound this week, but we'll see! Oh, and I see I can attach pictures if I post from my PC hmm!! so that's how that works haha, I kept wondering about how to do that!
