Broke 290 barrier!!!! 289! Still have not gotten back into my excercise routine since coming off vacation on the 15th of JUNE.
I did Lose 6 pounds on vacation which is huge for me. I usually gain a large amount when I am on Vacation.
This time stuck to my program and did not cheat, even while I was in Las Vegas for 4 days with the whole family, kids and all!
