Positive for Covid yesterday morning. I had made it this far without having had it. But the inevitable happened. I haven’t been tracking food the past couple days since I’ve felt so poorly. I’m just glad when I weighed in today that I’ve basically maintained my weight. But I’m unsure why I can’t seem to get below 202-203, I’ve been at that weight for a few weeks now. It seems like my momentum is lost. Maybe I lost the east weight? Do others find it easy at the start and then does it become harder to keep losing?
