Changing my weigh in day. And since I find it difficult to eat correctly on Saturday, I have decided to make this day my weigh in day and free day. This week I went without breakfast and only ate lunch, dinner, and a snack. It wasn't that hard as before starting this I didn't eat breakfast. I also found that eating breakfast made me hungrier during the day. So all in all, I hoping these changes are more sustainable for me. Have a great day!
