Well, my snow day indulgences are showing up on the scale this morning. :/ Will do better today. ♡
71,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I am with you Brenda - although I haven't got "snow day" as an excuse....let's give it a push this last week of February, ready to look stunning for spring x

I'm with you both, gals! I keep losing & gaining the same 1 or 2 lbs, & I'm sooo tired of it! So this week I'm determined to eat right, exercise on Tues & Thurs at the YMCA & exercycle in between, & drink lots of water. Then I want to lose at least 10 lbs in March. As I've said before, I want to lose weight slowly, but NOT QUITE this slowly, LOL!
