Did not increase my calorie intake because of my workouts, this help alot in my weight loss. before I would alow myself a snack because I had extra to spend and the weight was not comming off. I feel great, am loving workout agian and can't figure out why I ever quit! Off for another day of workouts and eating good food. Thank you Heavenly Father for your help and giving me this new attitude.
