Friendly warning: Wall of text incoming.

I'm staying on track with meal planning.

Back in the gym on the regular. Not yet at the 30 day mark for a habit but three days in a row and counting. Last two months with work were a reality check. I am prioritizing my physical health and wellness, balancing it over concerns with work. I'm very fortunate to have the freedom to be able to make adjustments in that regard.

Trusting the process.

I'm nearing the one year anniversary of resuming my journey to physical wellness. I've documented a lot on the principle that what gets measured gets managed/mastered.

Happy to approach the milestone of 222 pounds, down from 247, in the space of 3 or 4 months. One. step. at. a. time. Any cardiologist will tell you* that losing 10% of your body weigh confers a huge benefit by reducing the strain/load on your circulatory system.
