So a day off and my lazy day...yes I stayed in bed until after 9. But tonight is work and my wife has made certain my food needs are healthy. Though she is planning on demolishing the last half of the small watermelon tonight. I received some yesterday so no complaints. And I had cookies today. Yes! Tomorrow we continue our weekly exercise. I am wearing no-see-ums at work so the cuts on my ankle will heal, tagged my new bicycle helmet today and hope to see the new lens to my eye glasses this week. Need to be more careful while riding pelotons. Bicycle is still in shop so while my body yearns for the sound of wheels rolling, wind in the face, sweat rolling down my arms, no worries about tempting fate by riding earlier then the doctor said.
