I think I need to lay off the carbs 😕
91,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 5,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 17,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

What type of carbs do you think are doing the damage? You could try swapping out some of the more processed carbs (if you eat bread/biscuits/pasta etc) for cleaner options (rice/ oats/ bump the volume of lower carb veggies you are eating) and prepare them simply (steamed or airfried). When I started doing that last year, I was surprised how much it stopped other cravings as well as filling me up for longer (typically it increases your fibre intake)...

Bread is the main culprit. I am addicted. Pastry is a huge problem as well 😞.
