Well, didn’t see that coming. It was a pretty tight weekend for nutrition. Oh well. That’s why I weigh in multiple times per week. To dampen out the little temporary peaks that pop up here and there. Happy Monday! Eat something good and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
