I am not after the quick loss...I am after that forever kinda weight loss. The type that feels effortless to maintain, where I'm not depriving myself in any great capacity, but rather practising some discipline. Aiming for 99kg by the end of the year. I know I'll get it! 😌

1200 calories daily target. My DAILY menu supplied by FATSECRET as a PREMIUM MEMBER.

Eating what you want and crave but in moderation try and pick items with barcodes so you just scan and go. Stick to the calories and have sugar free if your a big sofa/soft drink person.

Good food doesn't have bar codes. Google Mediterranean Diet and start again.

I like to add though trying to keep a 1200 cal diet I do change my diet menu to suit my needs. It mightn't b the same as FATSECRET MENU but I keep 1200cal as my guide with low cal items.

Good food includes barcodes too; blueberries, strawberries, hell even mangos!!! There’s no such thing as bad foods; only too much of a good thing!!!!
