I've been going to a gym for 15 months. I do 30-40 minutes on an elliptical followed by an hour on weight machines. I had been doing 40-60 minutes on a treadmill at 5-8% slope. Tried the treadmill this week. Had to go at lower speed and lower slope. My legs are sore. Seems I've gotten out of "walking" shape by exercising 3 times a week. Go figure.
138,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 48,1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Love the elliptical. It is my go to machine when I am really sore for a good leg workout
