I really don't know what to call my diet. I am trying something new. I definately lose on Atkins, but it is so hard to stick with long term. So I am eating less, really paying attention to what I eat. Eating low carb, lots of water, exercise. Just overall trying to be healthy & avoid sodas. I hope it works.
119,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 10,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 49,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Non applicabile.
Calando 2,3 kg a Settimana
