Diario di m.bunch, 27 ott 23

Up again, but gonna set back up our treadmill today and start the day with sone yoga with my kids and some core exercises while they play! I’ve been having to walk my kiddo to school every day for the past few days since our car inexplicably lost power to the brakes and steering 😱 Which has actually been awesome since we get a dedicated 30 minutes of walking/outside time in! But now that fall has REALLY settled in I’m hoping to set up our gym again so we don’t have to be in the cold as often!

I like walking in nice weather. Can't get into it much if it is too cold, too hot, rainy, snowing, etc.

Same! I love a good drizzly, gray rain/fall walk every once in awhile but for the most part this weather just makes me want to stay inside 😂 Plus I feel guilty making my kids go out in it! They still need their winter gear so we’re basically just bundling them in tons of blankets every time we go outside!
