My evening weight is different from my AM weight so I am posting my morning weigh in lol. This morning I took a lovely walk in the cool delta breeze. Tonight I have been busy getting ready for a short camping trip. I hope to get some good hiking, thinking and planning in. Am enjoying the summer as it is quickly fading away...Yikes! School starts next Thursday and my routine changes once again. Hope all is well...TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!
