I got a health check-up and it turns out I've shrunk! Which (according to the bmi) now makes me more overweight. I am a bit frustrated because it feels like taking a step backwards. I didn't gain weight, I lost height!
However my hip-waist ratio is better than I thought.

Hello Amuletts, we all shrink in height, so don't worry. Your bmi will sort itself out. I have another site on here called Merry Mel it's me with a photo of Jim, and l I lost my data and found it myself chuffed because it has photos I had lost too. Please feel free to browse it. Merry Mel 😍

bmi is such a terrible measure of weight loss, so outdated, rely on how you look and clothes fit, don't worry about the numbers. my bmi says I'm obese but I'm 6ft tall and no Michelin man
