Here’s what I decided to do:
1. stop trying to figure out why I binge;
2. make meal plans for the month
3. exercise 2X/day (weights in AM, walk/run in PM)

As long as I stay within my calorie goal. This method worked for me in the past.

Here’s to going backwards to go forward.
90,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 37,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 26,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,6 kg a Settimana
