So, I started my serious weight loss journey January of this year. Topping the scale at 222.2 depressing pounds. I had argued with my dr over cholesterol numbers and turning 55! Following a Mediterranean approach to food, eliminating butter etc, I have won the cholesterol battle in June HA Dr… dropping 54 points and overall (so far) now 38 lbs. Now, I am adding in weight lifting and more cardio in the form of sports and walking. Looking to get to 148! Strong not skinny
