I shouldn't be disappointed but I am. I weighed in this am and instead of losing weight I managed to gain back a pound. Not really what I was going for, you know?

*sigh* Oh well. I guess I really need to buckle down this week. I'm going to watch my portion sizes (and not eat the freakin pasta--since portion control & my pasta intake are incompatible!) Ok, so walk in the am, eat less crap, drink more water---I think I'm going to lower my RDA on here, see if that helps me to keep better track.

Really, I just need to get my rear in gear and moving!
