ugh 🙄 spent a large portion of the past week at my daughter's place.. didn't count a single calorie while I was gone.. enjoyed the time spent but the lack of structure around meals was obviously a mistake.
108,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 45,0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
