You've won this round, Holidays! But I'm coming back stronger for round 2! I'm going to chalk this up to a day of grazing, rather than following healthy habits. Back after it today though! As long as we can produce more good days than bad days, we are doing alright. I used to aim for perfect, and self destruct when perfect didn't happen. These days I am a little older, and a little wiser. I understand perfection actually means "Mostly Good". Eat something good, and don't forget to stay hydrated!
