211.4, I'll take it. This is going slow but I am not depriving although the weekly weigh-in is keeping me honest and doing a bit better with my nutrition. Today was a big breakfast but that is ok. I will get some good stuff in later. Mental health needs to be a goal put in place as well. I feel like I want to slam my head against a wall if I don't get through to these kids! Oy! 6.6 down since I have started tracking again. That feels good.
