Put on 10lb in the last month with Christmas but also following naturopath advice to eat before coffee in the morning - however I’ve found it’s opening up my hunger to eating more than I was - and also to eat Mediterranean which I love but this includes my nemesis… pasta. Time to reassess food choices and habits. Let’s go 2024
