Very disappointed with where my weight is at the moment. It's fairly normal that at a certain point mid cycle my weight goes up but then I normally see it dip fairly soon. Tonight I'm having a high carb meal so I expect to see another increase but then I'll hopefully re trigger my system in the next few days as it will get back into keto. So hope that works. The plan is the hc dinner tonight and then to very low carb the next few days.
