Gained weight still trying to hack my body/diet/exercise to see what works for me. That clearly didnt work.
155,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 7,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 42,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.
Aumentando 1,3 kg a Settimana

Keeli, I took a peek at your diet, and well I hope you didn't log everythning you ate because that is not enough food for a man. Your caloric intake should be around 2000 calories. also with atkins your little pie chart at the bottom of the food journal should be 65-75% fat, 20-30% protien, 5-10% carbs, those carbs should be 12-15net carbs should be your foundation veggies. your not losing because your body is not getting enough.

I agree with thersmith, if that is really what your eating on your diet journal that is not enough at all. If your not eating enough you body goes into starvation mode. I made the mistake of doing that and ended up gain what I lost back. I am now eating the right amount of calories and exercising and the weight is coming off.
