Didn't exercise yesterday:/ Made chicken stir fry for supper, including broccoli, peapods, onions, sesame seeds, and a little teriyaki sauce. Family ate it all. Also, had a side of minute rice.
I'll try and exercise at lunch today, if I can getaway from my desk.
Slept well last night:)
