New low on this run - not sure why - at chocolate covered strawberries yesterday - but sushi for dinner. 12 hour fast before dr appointment for annual exam have have had an impact - no eating and no drinking- in the future I should drink some water. Doc says i am down to about 244 from a high of 269 - over 20 pounds. Not sure I believe this high, but I am certainly down ten pounds.
