I prefer Saturday morning weigh ins but I had a doctor’s appointment today for an annual check up so I skipped breakfast, got on the scale and I’m pleased with the progress. I ate lunch afterwards but something about midday eating for the first meal of the day makes me have less of an appetite the remainder of the day.. pistachios for dinner 😋
