so weird how weight fluctuates. I ate the same amount of calories, but went up a LB.

I can fluctuate by a lot more than that. 😜 This is why I weigh in daily, but focus more on the trend rather than any one specific number or measurement. Trendweight.com and Happy Scale are helpful for this if you’re interested. 😁
