Well, I fluctuated quite a bit this weekend: ate at a restaurant on Friday evening, did ok on Saturday, and drank beer instead of supper, which worked ok for me Sunday night. This was not my typical weekend; however, I managed to lose. Broccoli was a staple this past week and watermelon, too.
