Still the same, which is good. I would like to get down to 140, but that may not be possible. I will try to keep my attention on building muscle, but it's hard to ignore the scale.

Great job on your weight loss. I was at 180 and got down to 130 but you are right that last 5-10 pounds is very hard. I had to take a break and just eat on maintenance for awhile and focus on lifting. I actually did really well in the gym when I did that. When I did go back at it my trainer put me on macros and that is how I lost the last of the weight. However I have gained a little back from winter and several vacations so I am currently in the fat loss mode so that I get back to 130# so that I can work on strength for the next few months. I like taking creatine usually during that time because I notice how it makes my muscles more defined. However, I do gain a little water weight when I take it so that could be something you may be seeing if the scale is stuck. I know a lot say not to watch the scale but I still like it for a measurement along with keeping track of my waist measurements. I also measure my arms flexed and resting. Keep up the great work!

Cknchick, I had not been in the 130's for years. I started at 172 & over a longer time than you, got down to 140. After I was in maintenance I joined the Gym & started working out 3 days a week. Gradually my body lost a few more lbs. & I got under 135. Since then my weight has maintained between 133-138. I've been on the heavier end since December but I'm working now to get back to 135 consistently. After I started working out I was able to add a few more calories & my weight still dropped. So....yes you can get to 140. Maybe it will take a little longer but keep at it & you'll see results!

Thanks for the comments and support. I appreciate it. I am going to just keep going. This is my way of living now. I know it will be ongoing and I will not sacrifice my hard work.
