Im coming back from my vacation today and even though my weight went up, I’m not mad. I had a great time! I ate well and I moved a lot! I’ll re enter my weight in a week and I’ll probably start losing again. A well deserved break and now back to reality. 🤭

Vacation time is so important and so is food. I personally believe in..... " Quality of Life". there is balance and you are getting back on track, good for you 😉
