Family reunion, long, long day. Tonight marks the first day since January that I didn't do an actual intended workout but I did play in a good game of baseball. I'm laying in bed, typing this out and feeling extremely guilty about not at least getting on the stationary bike. I know it isn't a huge deal but still... OCD? I probably wouldn't feel so bad if I hadn't lost track of my snacks today. It was easy to remember what I ate at meal times, snacks were almost impossible, though I did manage to avoid sodas and kept up with my water. I'm not going to attempt logging snacks, I get a headache thinking of it. Today was just a total cheat day. =(

Anyway...

Baseball! It was the first time I've played in a loooong time. I actually RAN... to a base... and after balls... HECK must have frozen over... I'm allergic to running. It was so much fun and I laughed the whole time. I miss my Little League days. My shoulder is a little sore from throwing and I have a heat wrap on it. lol, Being out of practice and aging is a bad combo. I'd better get to sleep but I HAD to get on to log this weight, YAY!!! I will log food in the morning when I can process info better.
