one of the best motivators I've found is if you're weighing yourself everyday don't log the increases just celebrate the decreases and you'll be less likely to get disheartened, gained 0.2 today? don't log it that's probs just the extra water you drank yesterday. you'll feel the progress when you see all those blue arrows down
