It has been a huge week, I turned 50 on Wednesday. Yay celebrations 🥳 cake and nibbles at work on Wednesday. Dinner out at Malaysian (chilli prawns) with family Wednesday night. Then I celebrated again on Friday night at a pub (steak and salad) with some friends, Saturday night out for Italian (grilled barramundi and veg) dinner once again with some more family and finally today there is a party for lunch. As much I love a week of festivities it is always associated with food. So glad I have made good food choices and the scales have reflected that. I also fasted in between so that may have contributed. Good luck for all your weigh ins, hope the scales weigh in your favour 🤞🏼
