I have today reached my initial target (this time round!) of 9 st 7 lbs. Not been this weight since Oct 2018 (5 and a half years ago!!) 😀
Time to readjust my target to 9 st. Whether I get there or not remains to be seen 😉 but I am ever the optimist !
