I'm not surprised, but I am a bit sad. It was a great vacation, with too many goodies, n an abundance of carbs. So after 7 months of no goodies n limited carbs, 5 lbs isn't so bad! Today I'm back to weighing n measuring everything I eat, n NO goodies n minimal carbs again. One step at a time n forward I go!
90,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 22,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 0,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
